Amazon - Don't Call Us, We'll Call You

These are the benefits Amazon claims to provide with this service... or is it ?

BENEFIT # 1: No waiting...
I got the call which started like, "Thank you for calling Amazon..blah blah.. we will connect you to a customer agent".. after 50-60secs, the lady with "chinese" accent answers the call. Thats a wait of 50-60secs :0 (at 6AM PCT)

BENEFIT # 2: We will know who you are
Probably thats why she asked for my email address, then 17digits long order id (had to repeat 3 times), followed by series of verification questions

BENEFIT # 3: We are ready to answer your questions
I had to repeat the question 4 times and she understood the questions all the four times... now thats a big LOL

A total waste of 9mins and 52secs just to know if they price-match their own products or not (AND THEY DO NOT) !!

(Humor) I do not think the call went to an Indian call center, the experience was not that bad ;)
